Will Wang Graylin

He serves as Global Co-General Manager of Samsung Pay and President at ONvocal. He was honored with the 2005 'Movers & Shakers Award'' by Transaction World magazine. He serves as Director of ONvocal, Inc. Mr. Graylin served as a Director of SinoHub, Inc. from January 19, 2009 to June 23, 2011. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with two Masters' Degrees, MBA and MS EE/CS from MIT. Will is a serial entrepreneur, having founded several successful companies. he is currently global co-gm of samsung pay after samsung acquired his last company looppay in february 2015. he is also currently serving on the board of synchrony financials (ntse: syf, largest private label credit card issuer in the world). will also sits on the board of several high tech startups that he invested in, and is a connection science fellow with mit media lab. prior to looppay will was founder and ceo of roam data, a leading mPos solution provider (acquired by ingenico group.) prior to roam, will was founder ceo of way systems, world's first pocket size point of sale solution for mobile merchants, (acquired by verifone.) prior to way, will was founder and ceo of entitlenet, a security software company (acquired by bea systems, later oracle.) will earned two masters degrees from mit (mba & mseecs) after serving as a us navy nuclear submarine officer for nearly 6 years, (first chinese immigrant to do so after being naturalized as a us citizen in 1987.) 

Janet Tang

VP of Corporate Strategy and Planning Lenovo

Ms Tang joined Lenovo Group in 2014. Prior to the current role, she worked in Lenovo’s BTIT organization and worldwide Services, leading initiatives in assisting company’s transformation. At the present role, Janet is responsible for Lenovo’s overall strategy and ensuring implementation of the strategy into business and operations.

Janet received her Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. Before joining Lenovo, Janet worked in Microsoft for its cloud business and McKinsey & Company as Associate Partner.

Nam Pyo Suh

Cross Professor Emeritus at MIT

Nam P. Suh is the Cross Professor Emeritus at MIT. He was President of KAIST (2006-2013), Head of the MIT Department of Mechanical Engineering (1991-2001), AD for Engineering at NSF (Presidential appointee, 1984-1988), and Director of the MIT Lab for Manufacturing and Productivity (1976-1984). He received the ASME Medal and three other awards from ASME, the General Nicolau Award from CIRP, Ho-Am Prize in Engineering, Inchon Prize, Pony Chung Innovation Award, Hills Millenium Award of IED of UK, Mensforth Medal from IEE of UK, and many others from several other organizations. He received nine honorary degrees from four continents. He is the inventor of On-Line Electric Vehicle (OLEV), Mobile Harbor, Microcellular Plastics, Mixalloy, Laminated plastic/foam products, and many others. He received over 100 patents and published over 300 papers and ten books. His award winning papers include those related to the Delamination Theory of Wear, Friction theories, Microcellular Plastics, and Axiomatic Design. He serves on the boards of universities and industrial firms. In 2016, MIT established the Nam Pyo Suh Professorship in Mechanical Engineering with the generous gift of Mr. Hock Tan, CEO of Broadcom.

Ms. Lan Wang received her bachelor’s from Fudan School of Management and her MBA from MIT Sloan. As part of senior leadership of Tencent Open Platform, Ms. Wang currently serves as the deputy general manager of Tencent Open Platform and the general manager of Tencent WeStart, China’s leading startup ecosystem builder. Ms. Wang led strategic business planning and execution of Tencent WeStart in China. Striving to foster a healthy startup ecosystem for local founders and to accelerate the growth of their businesses, Tencent WeStart is currently operating in 30 Chinese metropolitan areas as of October 2016. Ms. Wang has extensive experience in the IT industry. Before joining Tencent, She served at Microsoft, where her responsibility focused on Azure and transformation of traditional software business from offline to online.She led the business development of Microsoft Small Business Solutions and transformation of Azure cloud. She subsequently led the innovation effort of business partnership model to accelerate localization of Microsoft cloud, which helped Azure become the first overseas cloud service to launch in China.

Vincent Ambrosino

Vincent was promoted to Executive Officer and Deputy CFO at Suntory Holdings Limited in Toyko, Japan after serving as CFO of Suntory's subsidiary company Beam Suntory, Inc. headquartered in the United States. Masato Kaneda


Masato Kaneda began his career at Mizuho Financial Group, one of the largest financial institutions in Japan, and now, as a Joint General Manager, leads the Incubation Project Team, a company-wide initiative focusing on leveraging new technologies to develop innovative business services and financial products. His team works as a central hub across key functions at Mizuho to develop new digital platforms that can be leveraged to improve customer service. Specifically, he is looking into how to access emerging and established fintechs to leverage their ideas and state-of- the art technologies as part of Mizuho's digital innovation strategy.

He holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Waseda University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.

Ken Koyanagi

Ken is an experienced journalist and an online media developer. As an editor-at-large based in Bangkok, he writes and edits stories on business, economy and politics across Asia. Previously he was the Publisher of the Nikkei Asian Review (NAR) from its launch in November 2013 through April 2015. Prior to that, he led founding development of the NAR and the Japanese Nikkei newspaper’s online service.
Since joining Nikkei in 1988, Ken as a staff journalist has covered various beats such as the Tokyo capital market, financial sector, TMT (technology, media & telecom) sector, and the US TMT sector. He was the Silicon Valley bureau chief in 2003-2005.
He studied the political science at the Penn State University Graduate School, the French language and the political science at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
